For 40 years we have been actively seeking plants from "the best corners of the world." This list contains many plants that cannot be found elsewhere. In some instances we have a good supply, in others there is only one specimen available. Please note that plants are continually coming onto the availability, but in many instances are sold the same day.

As always, Buchholz Nursery is where you'll find the new and rare. Plants are guaranteed to be true to name and in healthy condition upon shipment.

It is our expectation that you will be smiling long after you have received your plants, and you will only wish you would have ordered more! Our customers can testify that no matter the cost, your best value is with a Buchholz plant.

All items are available now and must be shipped or picked up by May 15, 2024. Orders placed after May 15 ^th thru June 30 ^th 2024 must be shipped within 30 days of order confirmation and are subject to price increases over those listed on the availability during that period. Orders held beyond required pick up date will incur a 5% per week(compounded) additional charge for maintenance of your material. In the event that you are sent to collections for non-payment, you will be responsible for the full amount owed plus the 25% collection fee. By placing an order with Buchholz Nursery, you accept responsibility for all terms stated herein.

MINIMUMS & DEPOSITS
No dollar value minimum is required, however minimum purchase quantities by variety as listed do apply.

We extend credit to our established customers only, all others will be Balance Due Before Shipment.

For orders $500 and above, A 25% deposit is due upon confirmation. Payment for orders under $500 is due in full upon confirmation. When sending payment, please include your business name and Buchholz sales order number on your check or money order. Customers failing to send a non- refundable deposit within 30 days risk cancellation of their order. Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards accepted and encouraged.

SHIPPING
For orders requiring less than five feet of truck space, we recommend that customers arrange their own transportation. Orders less than five feet can be difficult to coordinate with transportation companies and shipping expenses could exceed the value of the plants.

Smaller quantities of one-gallon size material can sometimes be shipped semi-bare root at our discretion via common carrier, however additional handling and packaging charges may apply. We prefer to ship Freight Collect. If you have an established carrier account number, please provide with your order. Otherwise all parcel shipping is done via UPS.

Customers delaying shipment of their orders after reasonable notice risk cancellation or added handling charges. All plants are F.O.B. Buchholz Nursery. We are not responsible for damage once our plants leave the nursery. Any claims must be submitted in writing within five days of receipt of stock.

If your order requires boxing or other special shipping protection, you will be charged for packing materials.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All shipping to be arranged by customer. Above terms apply with a $120 processing fee and $31 Phytosanitary fee (subject to change) additional. Please provide import permit (if required) and chosen method of transport along with freight collect account information at time of order placement.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of plant material after an order is confirmed costs us additional time and expense. If you are not positive you want an item then please don't order it. All cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Our staff is pleased to advise you if you are not sure if a plant is suitable for your area. Additions, of course, are always welcome.
